North Creek This Week!
Well, just where did the Summer go? It’s still here! Summer on the calendar lasts ’till Sept. 22! Most all area activities and attractions will continue in September and into October. Water temps are still very swim-warm. Whitewater Rafting continues it’s 4 day a week schedule – Tuesday, Thursday, Saturdays and Sundays. RevRail continues a daily schedule this week – then 5 days a week (close Tue, Wed) into September. Gore Mt. will continue a 4 day a week schedule this week – Thursday-Sunday (10AM-4PM) through September 5. Saturday-Sunday, September 11-October 10. This will be the last edition for Kids Art at the Farmer’s Market (Thursday, 2-4PM). The Farmer’s Market continues weekly thru September 23rd. This weekend enjoy Basil and Wicks Fall Festival on Sunday, Sept. 5th (12-6PM) – live music, food trucks, vendors, fun! More Info Here.
New Covid Requirements: Tannery Pond Community Center: Mask policy in the building whether vaccinated or un-vaccinated. Tannery Pond Center-Sponsored Performances and Events: Masks required. Must be vaccinated and show vaccination card for entry.
Weather and Outdoor Conditions!
The weather for the week looks great – continued summer warmth with just a chance of rain showers later into the weekend. Much more weather and outdoor conditions here. The Hudson River continues it’s higher than normal flows, making for great rafting! The leading attracting, rafting, rail biking, and Gore Mt. operate rain or shine – so bring some rain gear if showers or rain threatens.
