Seek the opportunity to rejuvenate to allow ourselves time to give and receive with a full heart. We are now offering massage in addition to yoga classes and seasonal yoga retreats.
Yoga in the Adirondacks at The Divine Acres offers yoga on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am 60 minute “meet yourself where you are” practices. Sign up required with a text to Rhodella at 914-494-2266. We will participating in The Fall Farm Tour at Martin’s Lumber in Thurman on Saturday, October 9.
