Starters:  Corn and crab chowder, salad or chopped romaine, mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, croutons, Parmesan cheese, variety of dressings, and Log House Onion Pie.
Entrées and Sides:  Sliced roast sirloin with merlot demi, sliced spiral ham with maple glaze, sautéed chicken in mushroom marsala sauce, baked haddock with cracker crumbs and lemon butter and eggplant masala. Potatoes au gratin, rice pilaf, fried Brussel sprouts, spring vegetable medley, spring pasta salad with champagne vinaigrette, and soba noodle and broccoli salad.
