Race Information
This is a 4 or 6 hour SOLO rider or TEAM RELAY event (one rider per team on course at a time). We welcome all categories and levels of riders, racers, spectators, friends and family. There will be Vendors, Merchandise, food & drink for purchase. The venue will be reserved for participants during August 15th and 16th.
Race Start & Finish - The race will start promptly at 10 AM. Your final lap must be finished by the timed limit (4 or 6 hours) to count
General Course Rules - Each team should designate both a team captain and co-captain. All correspondence for a team must be conducted through and only through the team captain. In the event that a team captain is unavailable, the co-captain may represent the team. However, only team captains may file a protest. Team captains and co-captains are required to attend the pre-race meeting. We also encourage you to invite your entire team to the meeting as an opportunity for them to clarify any questions regarding the event prior to starting time
♦ Follow the marked course at all time. Any attempt by a logged in a racer to take a short-cut off the designated course will result in the immediate disqualification of that racer or their entire team.
♦ All bicycles must be completely human-powered. No e- or pedal-assist is allowed.
♦ Be vocal with intent to overtake and yield to faster riders where safe; loudly announce your intent to pass by saying "on your left/right".
♦ Lapped riders should yield to leaders.
♦ Riders pushing bikes must yield the right of way to racers riding bikes. A racer pushing a bicycle may overtake a racer riding a bicycle so long as the racer riding a bicycle is not impeded.
♦ Yield position as soon as it is safe to do so.
♦ Be respectful of other racers and avoid blocking trails unnecessarily.
♦ No Headphones or Bluetooth speakers while on course.
♦ Course marshals will be stationed throughout the race for safety and support
