Seconds  –  Fried Polenta creamy polenta breaded and fried, served with house made romesco sauce, chipotle aioli and green onion
Fritters jalapeño and corn fritters served on a bed of fresh greens and topped with garlic aioli
Crab Cakes Garnet Hill’s house made jumbo crab cakes, pan seared and served with citrus aioli, topped with tomato and shallot bruschetta
Entrees  –  Salmon Filet pan seared, pistachio encrusted salmon filet, served with carrot puree and seasonal vegetable
NY Strip Steak grilled and served with compound butter, mashed potato, and seasonal vegetable
Mussels sautéed with garlic butter, Limoncello and served over bucatini pasta
Pork Tenderloin broiled in maple bourbon glaze and served with sweet potato and seasonal vegetable
Eggplant Tower fried eggplant layered with tomato jam, chives, goat cheese, and chickpeas
