Another wonderful exhibit at the Tannery Pond. Check it out!“I used the rope as a connector to bring together opposing items and ideas, the knot will be a central connector and common ground. My hope is to use this show as a way of intertwining ideas and people together to find out what makes us similar.” -Julia Koerner Johnson

The Johnsburg Dog Park Whether you’re skiing, fishing, hiking or just enjoying the countryside, come to the Adirondacks and bring your dog! Our town's off-leash dog park is where dogs and their owners have a safe, secure, well-maintained area for recreation and socializing. The Johnsburg Dog Park was planned and built by community volunteer work and guidance from the Johnsburg highway department. It continues to be maintained by volunteers.
Where is it? As you come to North Creek by way of Route 28, watch for the turn to our Ski Bowl (on the left if you're driving north, on the right if you're driving south) . Turn into the Ski Bowl Road and then take the first left. The Dog Park is down the hill on the left. Plenty of parking space beyond it, between the Dog Park and the public beach.
Detailed Park rules are posted by the gate. One rule does prohibit dogs with a known history of dangerous behavior. Owners should never leave their dog unattended and we kindly ask that you clean up after your dog.
